Huh. I didn't even realize that there was an 11-25 option. Vs the 12-25, it looks like they take away the 18t in exchange for the 11t... Hmmm. I'm sure that I use the 18t a *lot* more than I'd ever use an 11t - hell, the 12t is the shiniest cog on the cassette - but I do get over 40 on occasion and gap between the 17t and 19t is pretty manageable within my preferred cadence range..
Oh hell - who am I kidding? It probably wouldn't move the needle much for me, either way. Now if there were a 12-28 available, that'd be a serious consideration.
