No problem. Glad to help a fellow DIY'er. I forgot to metion that you want to mask off the BB, head tube, seat tube right after you initially sand it and before you apply the primer... this will keep things nice and clean when it comes time to reassemble. Just cover the opening and then cut along the edge of the opening to trim the tape job. You can do this with a box cutter. About stickers, if you can feel them by scratching on the edges with your fingernails, then they are over the paint, and you should remove them with a box cutter/exacto-knife. If they are smooth, that means they are under the paint and you can treat them as the rest of the paint.

Also, feel free to clear coat after you apply custom decals or just for extra protection.
