OK, if you're still are too lazy to look it up....

I'll show I'm not to lazy to just run through mine for you..

Getting it off my bike....

OK, here how it goes (typing as I'm scrolling through the FD computer)

• Hold Down Button B for 5 seconds in any mode other than Clock (botton B is the botton on the right underside when looking at the LCD)
  
• The first setting will be the bike No. set either 1 to 4, Button A to adjust, then hold B for 2 sec to accept
  
• The first option will be the tire circumferance setting, hold down B again for about 2 sec to move past this.
  
• Next is the Front Ring Selector, Input each ring size. This is where you will have your first 2 outter rings input, and -- for the 3rd ring. Button B will move you through the selection. Button A will change the selected range. When you are done, hold down button B for 2 sec, until tthe next setup comes (front Derailleur type).
  
• Keep holding down button B for 2 seconds for each set-up after until you come to "No. (and your Bike number)". Hold B for 2 sec and you are done.
