One thing I just noticed is that it looks like it has hydraulic rim brakes, which would point to something high-end, but this bike also appears to have a replacement 36H bolt-on wheelset from a department store bike, so all bets are off!

Elevated chain stay bikes are cool, but remember to check for frame cracks.
