Well, I found this one on Ebay that says it's a 50cm (Cannondale sizes these as 19" or 21" - not sure where the 50cm comes in). It does appear the top tube and downtube join just before the head tube. But it also looks very similar to the one I posted and it's hard to tell if that also does this.
