Thanks all for the great info. I hadn’t seen the video and I’m a little confused by it stating that UG and HG aren’t compatible and need to be disassembled and parts swapped yet a couple FH on the Universal site look like a similar mounting cog to what my hub has.

Unfortunately I don’t have a donor wheel. I may need to make a trip to a bike coop.
