I'm a supporter of animal rights to a degree as well, but all it takes to solve this kind of problem is the erection of a fence. It isn't really all that difficult.

Pete, if you were referring to my post, there probably isn't much point contacting the authorities on this one, the dog lost interest in "the chase" as soon as I stopped and buggered off. I still think that's the best way to deal with dogs.
