Plus those stupid things would explode in the fryer spraying you with 350° grease
I like liver sausage and paté, but not whole livers, chicken or beef.
My favorite gizzards are pickled turkey gizzards, mmm good.
KFCs that have the buffet will often have a tray of deep fried chicken gizzards out for your enjoyment.
