If you don't want clipless pedals then just donate them to someplace that gives away bikes to those in need. A used pedal of any sort wouldn't be worth anything to me. Simply the same value the person that gave them to you felt them worth, nothing monetary and maybe just some friendship.
The speedplay ones were attached to a bike I purchased, but I took them off at home in favour of regular pedals. The Shimano set, the guy included to sweeten the deal I suppose
