Off the dog drugs, and breathing is almost there. I was able to pop off 8x2' 125% on Weds. The first one sucked a lot, and then after that, the body resigned itself to the fact that the ******* riding the bike wasn't going to stop.
Last night, 7x3' 110%. Same same. That jerk in the not bike shorts isn't going to stop-May as well figure out how to get some air.
Sounds hard.
Started doing 3/3s at 115% yesterday, had to dial it down and didn't even get through the fifth one at 110%. I did 6 at 115% last week. I blame it on the squats and going back to the trainer after several rambunctious days on the road. Felt terrible.
