At the very least its a "FRANKANDRIA"... Sounds good. Fixing that crack should not be too difficult once you strip it down to the metal. All in all it will be a fine bike when your finished!

Made a down tube decal that you can get printed at a bumper sticker print shop out of vinyl. Also found a decent copy of the head badge see post #114... Good Luck.
