This is definitely the right forum That looks like a 1995 Eddy Merckx Strada built with Columbus Cromor/Gara tubing
"Flipped 0" is the frame size (60) - at that time "full markings" were not always used
...but just in case, check the inside of the tubes visible through the BB cover (photo helps)
