It should be easy enough to tell if the OP"s frame is a lower end tubeset, such as Aelle (or Gara, the CrMo equivalent of Aelle). Both used a plain gauge seat tube, which used a relatively small seat post, typically 26.8mm for a standard diameter, imperial tube. Also, neither set used the Columbus fork steerer tube with the five helical ridges on the inside, at the bottom (reference attached photo).
