Hmmm, sure that ad states the similar example is Aelle and it has a Columbus sticker that says so, but, since when is there an Aelle tubeset with a shaped, oversized down tube and suitable for Atala to use in Tig welding? I am a doubter. But also not sure if "Genius" fits the bill, either.
