Thanks for getting back to us, good news. Too many people don't! What does the PT have you doing?

I got a nasty case of sciatica last summer. One of the things I did was to get a new 12" foam mattress. That was a big help. Another thing was to do long brisk walks, using a lot of pelvic motion. That helped the most. Machka posted some years ago that she had a summer when she walked everywhere and thought that did her core a terrific amount of good. The sciatica went away, hasn't been back.
