non-recessed brake mount

long dropouts

only one set of water bottle mounts

eyelets on frame ends

seems quite clear frame comes from 1977-80 time frame mentioned earlier

rather than spending your energies looking at cycles/catalogues online your inquiry would be better served by determining the thread of the bottom bracket shell

if it is BSC/ISO that would strongly suggest a Flandria parentage

if it is Italian that would tend to indicate an Italian origin although cycles with Italian thread shells have also been produced in Belgium and in Mexico
