Picture google "Bianchi Genius" and you shall recieve. Yours seem to have decals and headbadge corresponding with catalog material for the 1998 season. The Bianchi Genius were in catalogs circa 1993 to 1996. If yours is repainted and decaled or if it was just a late bloomer... I do not know.
