Yes, in Rodeo it comes out at the Pacific and San Pablo intersection, near the bridge over the railroad tracks. From the Hercules side, you were able to go through a chain link gate on to 3rd street. Little hazardous due to no paved section there. Looking forward to when they complete the section behind Montalvin Manor. That will give you a straight shot into pt Pinole park.
