ah yes... the Little 500, before it was made famous in a movie.
I have to give credit to the movie, as it was actually a decent movie and didn't ignore all the facts.
I tend to use Top Gun as a reference for a movie that just barely gets any facts right in order to stick with a dramatic story. This sort of movie tends to be better if you know nothing about the subject matter.

Reading it again, I don't think I ever noticed that it mentions that Wayne Stetina led his frat to victory the previous year! That's some pretty serious competition! How does AMF not have ads with Wayne on a Roadmaster??
