Not particularly, I don’t think. If that is pubic bone height (PBH) and is 47.5% of height, that is not unusual. I’m a bit more toward the long leg side of the distribution: height of 72 inches and PBH of 36.5 inches or 50.7%. But the common range is 3.5 to 4 times head height while total height averages about 7.5 times head height. So the range of 46% to 53% is a pretty common range.
