The Schwalbe schrader valve inner tubes that I buy are labeled AV for "auto valve". My valve stems are 40mm long. I like them because they make it easy to fit a hand pump chuck over them with my semi deep section rims. Hostel Shoppe in Stevens Point, Wisconsin has them.
I've never heard of that and I just pulled the box out of the trash that had the correct tube from Amazon and there is not one word of English on the box so I have know ideal what it says. I've bought a lot of tubes in the last 10 years for neighborhood kids and never came across this before.
