1. How old are you?
- 57
2. Fitness level on a scale of 1-10
- 6 and moving up
3. Cycling skill, 1-10
- was 9 when younger and decreasing with age
4. Typical riding conditions?
- no lightning, freezing rain or high winds

- mostly road

5. What sort of riding your bike is best suited to? What's the geometry designed for?

- converted mountain bike for road training until road bike shipped from UK

6. What would you change about your bike?

- everything, it's very old and used

7. Do you bike for fitness rides? Commuting? Joy rides? Do you drive or rely on your bike for everything?

- fitness and trails for fun

8. Do you focus on any sort of specific excersises in accessory to cycling? How does it improve your performance?

- ideally riding and freeweights

9. How often do you partake in long distance rides?

- starting my training for the HHH100 here in Texas in August so will hit longer rides in a month or so

10. Do you perform your own maintenance?

- as mush as I can since aged 14.

11. How does cycling impact your nutrition?
makes me eat less sugar


12. Is cycling more cardiovascular or muscular hypertrophy based, in your opinion?

- cardio

13. Do you have more than one bike?
- One for now with a new one on the way

14. How does cycling help you cope with stress, depression, etc?

I don't stress, but fatigue/exercise changes my focus away from the little things that don't truly matter

15. Do you ride in the rain, cold weather?

rain yes, cold not really--don't have the gear via living in Texas

16. How cycling friendly is the area where you live? Accessibility to paved trails? Gravel? Singletrack?
not much for raod. Mountain bike much more diversity
