you write seat tube to be 26.8mm

this is way small for a seat tube diameter - perhaps you mean seat tube I.D./pillar size?

you write head tube to be 25.4mm

again, this is way small for a head tube, I.D. or O.D

perhaps you mean to communicate that steerer is 25.4mm O.D.?
