I was going up that little hill on first ave. aound the 50s. There was a double parked truck, so I was attempting to merge with traffic in the lane to my right (I was on the left side of first). A pickup gave the car in front of me space to merge, so I followed, sprinting after it. It was the sprinting after it that was the problem, as immediately after the car merged he stopped at a red light.
