I love Giro gloves and have a few pairs. I have a pair of the Monaco II Gel, Strade Dure SG, and the new Supernatural.

Out of the three the Supernatural fit the best but are by far the hardest to remove after a ride so on anything less than 30 miles I usually wear the Strada Dure SG.

I like a glove that fits well and doesn't slide around on my hand. Padding is good, but not too much...in fact as my riding position improved and I put less weight on the bars I like less padding than I used to.
