Thanks Ben! I have no experience on working on pumps. I was surprised when I tried to pump it, I still felt pressure. I was expecting it to be dead. lol Anyway, it's just going to be decoration. I bought a can of green paint to keep with the original colors.

Pressure....That's a good sign....open it up and see if rubber or leather washer....clean and reinstall.
