The windchill was -20F here Friday. My eye froze shut. But other than that, don't be afraid to put on extra clothes. Seems too many are worried about speed when it is 2 out. Be worried about freezing, not speed. Some places in Nebraska reached -37F airtemp with a windchill of -55F. That is crazy.
7 deg F here today. Ride wasn't bad though, as the sun seemed to warm things up the more I rode. I've had that "frozen eye" thing happen too
