One of the highlights of riding, for me, is all the wildlife I've seen. Of all the birds I have seen here, I had only once seen a native bluebird, and it wasn't even on a bike ride.
Well, just this week as I was coming home at the end of a ride, from my right a bluebird crossed my path and slowly flew about 10-15 feet in front of me. What a treat. Felt like slow motion.
