crank cotters -

correct ones are 9.0mm in diameter with a "medium" cut

these values would be for the OEM chainset

normally Takagi cranks take a 9.5mm diameter cotter

OTOH you do have the OEM REWAX MD bottom bracket spindle...

from what can be seen in the photos provided it appears that the left crank arm may be original so you may want a 9.5mm cotter pin for the drive side and a 9.0mm one for the non-drive side...

assuming you plan to reuse both of the crank arms which came with the cycle...

tip -

please understand that the crank cotters need to be pressed in to be seated; no pounding and no relying on the nut to pull them into place

a good sized C-clamp can be adapted to serve as a crank cotter press -
