Yes, I wasn't clear enough. It's about the ride, not the ride. Despite the fact that so many people (especially on this forum) seem to be so wrapped up in the equipment, rather than the ride.
If someone is having fun, more power to them. There is always someone who is a better rider...
p.s. Why is stating a fact about a bike "picking on peoples(sic) bikes"?
