I put a brand new Brooks Pro (Honey) on my Schwinn (see pics), and used it a number of times on the trainer and rollers. Although I'd already Proofide-ed it as per Brooks' directions, I was disappointed to find that the sweat was starting to discolour the light tan. Well, I tried different treatments, and eventually decided that its blotches and scars gave it a certain distinctive character - I even went as far as the Kiwi Black Boot Polish
