Now, I don't see why displaying *your* route is critical.... If the driver knows your end point, that should be good enough. If the plan is to follow you in case you need help, tell the driver to use directions to your (last known) location and update as needed (ex, you leave at 8h. The driver gets breakfast somewhere, and does the laundry, ready to leave at at 10h. Route to your location at that time. Once there (11h), route again for your 11h location. And so on.
