That is cool, never seen one before so don't know a thing except that, Magistroni crank is unusual and very interesting. What is the BB shell width?

Also, be careful with that seat, I would not ride it at all as it looks to be fragile at this point but could be a great display/show saddle.

Huret? RD and Balilla? brakes, levers and oil port on BB are not seen often either.
