The best thing would be to bring your bikes and park your car somewhere not right next to the start or finish. I'm sure both places will have some cool things to see and you should be able to get to both on bikes. The start is cool cause you can hang right next to the team bus/motorhomes and watch the guys warmup and the finish is cool towards the end of the day when the top GC guys are going. Plus the expo will be at both this stage I think.
