So you see the problem. Big Motor/Bicycle/Tool are all out to maximize profits, with no regard for what's best for me, the common consumer. And some of you act as if this is a good thing.
In a well-functioning economy, firms make more profits when they do what's best for the common consumer. And some parts of our economy are actually well-functioning. Some other parts, not so much.
