First, I have read this a few time Park Article but I am still not clear on which headset to order.

What I would like to use together:
Whiskey No.7 Fork and Nashbar Steel CX frame (although I am not positive on this, just what I was told)

The Whiskey fork says SHIS 40 but I am not sure which headset I truly need.
