Saddle up for another 100 years?

111 year old saddle for my 1903 Sunbeam nose problem
BEFORE

Rear end completely detached

Proofed it with dabbing as it sat in a barn for a hundred years

Shaped a leather saddle to underpin the original

Used some leather glue to help out.

AFTER B10 Might use a small rivet on the nose after I ride it a bit.
