The 10 speed 5700 crank and chainrings will for sure work with everything else 5800. I don't have 1st hand experience with the 5700 front derailleur but it has a different pull ratio and some say it won't work very well with 11 sp. shifters. I say try it and see and if no luck just get the 5800 derailleur and sell the 5700 since used parts are going for top $$ at the moment.
