Welcome to the forums. That's a Danish serial number. Your frame was built in 1981, so it could be a 1981 or 1982 model, though with a number that low, it's almost certainly the former. The pedals would be 600AX, which was one of Shimano's areodynamic groups of the era.
Edit: It's strange to mix SunTour and Shimano and other Aero II that I've seen have used SunTour Cyclone MK II with with a Sugino Aero Maxy crankset, so the crankest and pedals are likely replacements. The Aero Maxy was a swaged crankset, so the Dura-Ace would be a definite upgrade.
Oh that's very interesting. I bought it a while ago from a guy who said he was a retired bike shop owner I believe who was selling his collection. He said it was never ridden and only had wear from storage which seemed to be true from looking at it.
