Edit: It's strange to mix SunTour and Shimano and other Aero II that I've seen have used SunTour Cyclone MK II with with a Sugino Aero Maxy crankset, so the crankest and pedals are likely replacements. The Aero Maxy was a swaged crankset, so the Dura-Ace would be a definite upgrade.
Oh that's very interesting. I bought it a while ago from a guy who said he was a retired bike shop owner I believe who was selling his collection. He said it was never ridden and only had wear from storage which seemed to be true from looking at it.
