Wheels manufacturing makes spacers and outboard bottom brackets; I think that the outboard is a better solution, but the spacers are cheaper.

The right solution for depends on “whatever the hell it technically is”, so figure out that first and someone here can tell you what you need and where to get it. There are three different spacer kits depending on if you have PF30, BB30, or SRAM PF30.
