Just have to say that a “hoop tie” had okay bones and might be turned into something better. This bike is the equivalent of a Yugo. Worth “restoring” to be ironic but, honestly, the old saw still applies:

Customer: “I need a gas cap for a Yugo”

Clerk: “Seems like a fair trade.”
