Yep, a copywrite is the protective language in the sales contract that prevents file transfers to unsubscribed users. I know the language I am using is not legally accurate, however the net effect is the same outcome. In my case I did not have a copywrite or other protective language protecting the sale of some files and lost out on future sales to confirmed users. Ce la vie.
