Don't worry, Jon...this weather has thrown me and probably everybody else in the area off of any type of normal training regimen. I have been confined to the trainer and light strength training to stay in any type of shape. I can take the colder weather but I'm ready for the rain to go away.
I've replaced fast cycling training with fast food training. I suggest we go with a 10 mile route now.
