My question would be, does the freewheel touch the shaft? Or is it only screwed onto the RH thread? If the FW had a large play, would that mean that the parts in it were worn and that's why it's wobbling, and in this case, the hub flange deformation can be excluded? Anyway, I think the hub is made up of one piece.
