I think that's the main purpose of Peacock, to let you stream NBC content when you want to view it.

As for the TdF and the Vuelta, I just plan to DVR the NBCSN broadcast and watch that at my leisure. Even though Peacock say cancel anytime, I just don't want the hassle. And my wife prefers the NBCSN feed anyhow instead of the other feeds NBC Gold use to do with other commentators.

Though I will miss the mapping and profile that Gold had showing where the groups and individual cyclists are on the route for the current playback position the video is at. But I think Peacock keeps that functionality too if you watch on a PC or Mac with a browser to view the stream. It had issues at times, but when it worked correctly it was nice to have.
