Help me choose between 3 vintage road bikes.

Hey guys, I've been looking to buy my first road bike, and I've found a couple options, but I'm at a loss as to which one to choose, assuming they're all serviceable and a good fit for me. Mostly I'm just curious whether you guys think whatever work the owner did on the 2nd bike is worth the extra $70 as opposed to the Nishiki which I'm leaning more towards. The Centurion is really just a backup in case the other two aren't available or aren't the right size for me.

$130 Nishiki (Landau?) Tri-A from the mid 80s. The seller says he'll throw in 2 extra tires and a tube.

$200 Restored/Refurbished 1986 Schwinn Sprint. Seller says they bought it last October, refurbished it, and then put 300 miles on it. They said they repainted it, replaced the brake pads, all cables and housing, chain, bar tape, tires (Continental Ride Tours), brake levers (Tektro RL340), and saddle (Charge Spoon).

$100 Centurion Sport DLX. I'm aware this is not the best bike quality wise, but it's super cheap.
