I remember reading that they "corrected" the fork issue at some point, and that some are fine. Do your research! Some have ridden the so-called "death forks" without issue. But you wouldn't feel very good if someone purchased the bike(s) and had a catastrophic failure. Disclosure of the issue is a minimum, even if you aren't certain that they are the problematic forks.

As far as there being a market for Viscounts, I would have to say no given the lack of excitement in general on the forum. And some of the components are unique to the bike, so that isn't great either.
