FOr pedaling u have to use always the same muscles... U can avoid the use of some muscles thruout geometry?? sorry dude... but what do u earn doing that? to rest?? i mean.. u rest a little bit but a better racer will kick your ass like for 4 mins then in the running part he will get u 10 more... non sense... The cost is to high i think... It is patetic when somebody passes u as u where a pole at the side of the road...
Now, no wonder why tri. people has that languid and heavy pace... one thing for another one... make none sence for me...
