Not an extended cab. That's a 1-ton LWB panel that's been chopped up to accommodate the camper insert. I had a '55 1/2-ton short panel for a decade.
Okay that explains it. First thing I noticed is that it appeared to be an "integrated bed", like that short-lived experiment by Ford. I was sure Chevy/GMC never had such a beast.
