You need to bring the bike back for adjustments. Sounds like the cable streched because my Dahon Speed 7 shifts like butter.
But this isnt a 7 speed, its a 8 using an totally different deraulleur (SRAM 3.0). The stops are properly adjusted and the indexing is perfect its just the change between gears is harsh. I knew this would be a problem before I bought the bike (Id read it in other reviews) but I can live with it as I dont change gear very much.
